24^th February, ‘Travelling Light Show’ 

St. Andrew’s Hall, 7pm – 11pm. Tickets will be on sale later from Ros  or Glynis. Join Ros and Marian for an evening of fun and entertainment. Be inspired as you hear their tales and see the evidence of their adventures in Europe.

31st March Ceilidh Dance with live band (Dogsbody)

Club Weekend Away 2012 May Day week Mon 30 Apr – Mon 7 May (Weekend Fri 4^th – Mon 7^th) Tenby area South Wales 

Self catering in 5 star lodges/cottages, with en-suite bedrooms and plenty of restaurants on the doorstep  if you don’t want to cook.  Walking suitable for all, boat trips, site seeing, and plenty of evening entertainment.

Dalesman Challenge Saturday 23 June – leaving Morley at 6.00am

A 25 mile walk; Great Whernside, Buckden Pike, Horsehead Pass & Old Cote Moor.

Sue Williams & Glynis Holmes are organising this challenge for club members, who in the interest of safety and team success are prepared to train with us for this event. Walkers need to be registered by 23 March at the latest! Sue will lead, Glynis will be back marker. We will go as a team to support one another, the aim being to get everybody round the route comfortably. We will need volunteers to do back up and Glynis will ensure her kangoo is loaded with essentials required to keep strength and morale up. If you are interested or want to offer any back up assistance contact Glynis or Sue. Training will start in January.
