Adventure Group Programme 2010

June 19th/20th

Castleton Youth Hostel - A 13th Century Hall and Vicarage in the village square at the base of Peveril Castle, Derbyshire.  Climb up to Winnats Pass and Mam Tor or do the tourist trail round the four famous caverns.

July 16th/17th/18th

Two Nights Camping - Bala North Wales - Within striking distance of the Arenigs - Arenig Fawr and Arenig Fach - and a nice area for tourists.

August 28th/4th Sept

A Week's Scottish Mountaineering Holiday in either Torridon or Isle of Skye

September 24th/25th/26th

Two nights camping- Stainforth or Austwick areas - Convenient for walking the Craven Dales.

October 30th/31st

Arnside Youth Hostel over looking Morecambe Bay.  There are plenty of other walks in this new to us area

December 27th/29th

Whitby Youth Hostel - A 25% deposit will be required in June 2010.  We enjoyed our stay here in June 2008, so let's try 'betwixt Christmas and the New Year in this new hostel high above Whitby, next to the Abbey.
